Elderly Care Worker opportunity open in Mansfield!We are able to offer weekly paid and flexible working hours. Pick up as many as 5 shifts or as little as 1 shift a week, the power is in your hands.

We are looking for experienced health care workers to work for our client in the Mansfield Area. The home has the facilities for up to 77 residents with a dedicated team of carers that are experts in the field of Alzheimer's Disease, Old Age and Physical Disabilities.

All our health care workers must have sound qualifications in Health and Social Care and all mandatory training must be up to date, especially Moving and Handling with Hoist Training.

As an experienced care assistant, you will be required to follow an individual's care plan, care for, and attend to the daily activities of the residents. This dedicated team of carers specializes in providing a full care package that includes activities that promote wellbeing with residents suffering from dementia. They pride themselves in providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. This is a physically and mentally demanding job, so you must have a real desire to work in this setting. You must have experience dealing with residents with dementia, old age and physical disabilities and a desire to assist them in their activities of daily living to stimulate and improve their quality of life.

You will need:

Minimum of 3 months of paid UK experience within a care or nursing home

Enhanced DBS dated within the past 12 months

Up-to-date mandatory training

Referencable work history

This health care worker position is an ongoing temporary position.

Currently we are looking for health care workers eager to work weekend shifts starting around 07:00, 09:00, 14:00 and 22:00. Pick up as many shifts and as many hours as you want!

You will be paid:

£12.75 per hour (Days)

£13.25 per hour (Nights)
