The RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, helping to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing within a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks

Assisting residents with mobility and nutrition where required

Providing companionship and emotional supportEncouraging independence and resident engagement in activities

Working closely with the wider care team to deliver person-centred care

Maintaining accurate care records and documentation

Promoting a safe, calm, and positive environment for residents

About You

Previous experience within a care home or support setting is desirable

A caring, compassionate, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Reliable, friendly, and professional attitude

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care desirable but not essential
