Hours: 35 Hours. Division: Directorate. Contract: Fixed term for up to 12 months.
About the RoleThe Executive Admin Assistant plays a key role in City Building, providing high‐level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders to ensure efficient business operations aligned with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Manage complex diaries and inboxes.
Coordinate meetings and communications across departments.
Support high‐level boards through document preparation and minute‐taking.
Resolve administrative issues.
Handle sensitive information confidentially.
Contribute to effective decision‐making.
Qualifications
Experienced administrative professional with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
Ability to manage a varied workload independently, using initiative to make informed decisions and resolve issues proactively.
Experience working under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Relevant qualification / certification in Administration or equivalent is advantageous.
