About the RoleAs a Senior Internal Recruiter, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas. You'll partner closely with leadership, shape hiring strategy, and ensure we continue attracting top-tier talent.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies

Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates

Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer

Use data and insights to optimise hiring processes

Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition (agency background a plus)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Experience with sourcing tools and modern recruitment methods
