Care Assistant – Salisbury and Romsey - Minimum of 30 hours per weekFull-time. 30 Hours | £21,532 (Guide Salary)

Your RoleAs a Care Assistant, you'll build meaningful relationships with regular clients and provide high-quality, person-centred care, including:

Personal care and daily support

Meal preparation and medication assistance

Companionship, conversation and reassurance

Support with outings, appointments and pet care

Working With Us

Availability required between 8am – 10pm (split shifts)

Alternate weekends, with a day off in lieu

Paid client introductions, so you feel confident and supported from day one

What We Offer

Paid travel and waiting time, plus 45p per mile mileage allowance

Full training provided to achieve your Care Certificate and beyond

Ongoing support from a welcoming local team (Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.)

What You'll Need

A caring, dependable, and professional approach

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to the rural nature of our client base)

Right to work in the UK

An enhanced DBS check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
