Student nurses welcomeWe may consider candidates without experience depending on suitability and home needsFor Principal Carer post, SVQ 3 is essential with team leadership experience in a care environmentExperience of working with elderly people and knowledge of dementia; ability to deliver clinical support in this areaTime management and prioritisation of workload for self and teamProblem solving and ability to manage diverse situations in a nursing homeStrong oral and written communication skills, including report writingAbility to respond appropriately to a variety of issuesOur Organisation Randolph Hill has an enviable reputation for quality care provision since 1985.
