SEN Employability Tutor - North London

Job description

Role OverviewMorgan Hunt are working with a national Charity who are looking for an SEN Employability Tutor in North London. This is a part time (3 days per week), permanent role paying a pro rata salary of up to £33,500 (depending on qualifications and experience). The role will involve delivering Employability programmes including Functional Skills to post-16 learners with special needs. The role will be based on site 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Planning, creating and delivering engaging Employability programmes including Functional Skills

Providing advice and guidance to learners to overcome barriers to secure employment

Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes

Working with the quality team to ensure standards are maintained

Qualifications

Have Level 5 Teaching qualification or equivalent (the client may consider someone with a Level 3 qualification)

Experience in teaching learners with special educational needs

Demonstrate a successful track record in delivering Employability programmes or Functional Skills

Be willing to work on site 3 days per week
