About the RoleSupport people at home to live as independently as possible. The role involves travelling across Beaminster and surrounding areas to provide personal, meaningful care.

Responsibilities

Support people at home to live as independently as possible

Driving is essential for this role

Empower individuals to make their own choices

Provide personal, physical, and emotional care

Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments

Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals

Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care

Travel as required to ensure high‐quality care

Qualifications / Criteria

Full UK driving licence

Access to own vehicle

Subject to an enhanced DBS check
