Senior Designer – Scaffolding & Temporary WorksJob Title: Senior Designer – ScaffoldingJob reference Number: 882449-6370-26120Office Based: GlasgowRemuneration: £40,000 – £46,000 & Car AllowanceBenefits: 25 Days Annual leave, Health benefits & Comprehensive benefits packageResponsibilities Senior Designer position dealing with various scaffolding & temporary works for residential, commercial and industrial projectsLead glazing design from tender through to construction, ensuring compliance with requirements and UK standards.Review specifications to identify risks and opportunities early.Align design with budget and programme in coordination with commercial, estimating, and procurement teams.Act as the main technical contact, managing stakeholders and approving subcontractor designs.Ensure timely, high-quality design delivery while supporting testing, compliance, and buildability on site.Designing for a broad range of independent to national projectsIdeal Applicant Must have extensive Design experienceMust have experience or strong understanding of scaffolding or temporary worksIdeally come from a background in the plant hire / access solutions sectorExcellent communication skills both written and verbalHigh levels of attention to detail and organisationFamiliar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one timeEnthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
