Job description

Event StaffPhoenix Events (East) Ltd provides professional and dependable event staff services to support the smooth delivery of your event from build‐up through to de‐rig. Our experienced crews have worked across a wide range of events, including large outdoor festivals, concerts, sporting events, and civic celebrations.

We work closely with organisers, production teams and suppliers to create tailored crew plans that meet the specific requirements of each event. Our staff are trained, uniformed and equipped to assist with a variety of tasks, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Assisting with event build and de‐rig, including staging, barriers, fencing and temporary structures

Supporting sound, lighting and AV teams with equipment set‐up and movement

Loading, unloading and distributing event equipment and materials safely and efficiently

Setting up event furniture, signage and branding in line with site plans

Assisting with marquee and tent builds, flooring and other infrastructure

Providing backstage and production support, including artist and crew assistance

Carrying out general site labouring tasks to support suppliers and contractors

Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with health and safety procedures

Working collaboratively with event managers and other teams on site

Maintaining a professional, adaptable and proactive approach throughout the event
