Through live events and pop-up activations, we help charities build awareness, generate sustainable support, and create meaningful public engagement.Graduate Management Scheme Our Graduate Management Scheme is designed for ambitious graduates who want hands‐on experience across sales, operations, leadership, and campaign management , with a structured pathway into management.About The Graduate Scheme This is a full‐time, structured development programme starting in January 2026 . You will begin in front‐line sales and fundraising , learning the foundation of our business, and then progress through different areas to gain a 360° understanding of operations and leadership .Key Responsibilities Represent national and international non‐profit organisations at live events and pop‐up locationsDeliver face‐to‐face customer engagement and campaign promotionLearn core sales techniques, performance tracking, and compliance standardsSupport daily event operations and logisticsWork alongside team leaders to understand campaign managementAssist with onboarding and coaching new startersParticipate in structured leadership and business trainingContribute to team performance targets and campaign growthProgress into campaign supervision and team leadership responsibilities over timeRequirements We welcome applications from candidates who:Have recently graduated or are graduating in 2025/2026 (any discipline considered)Have strong communication and interpersonal skillsAre confident working in a face‐to‐face, customer‐focused environmentAre self‐motivated, reliable, and goal‐orientedAre eager to learn business operations and leadership skillsCan commit to full‐time work from January 2026Are able to commute to central LondonHave the legal right to work in the UKWhat We Offer Structured graduate training and development programmeHands‐on experience across multiple areas of the businessOngoing coaching and leadership developmentClear progression pathway into team leadership and managementCompetitive base salary with performance‐based bonusSupportive, team‐driven working cultureExperience working on large‐scale national and international charity campaignsPrevious experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
