Private Client Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive – Liverpool City CentreAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Private Client Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive to join an established and well-regarded law firm based in Liverpool City Centre.

This role would suit a motivated individual with a genuine interest in Private Client work, particularly trusts, probate, wills and estate planning. The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment with strong opportunities for training, development and long-term career progression.

The RoleThe successful candidate will support solicitors within the Private Client department and assist with a varied caseload of matters including:

Wills

Trusts

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the day-to-day management of Private Client files

Conducting legal research and preparing relevant documentation

Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties

Drafting correspondence and legal documents

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance

Supporting administrative tasks relating to estate administration

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates should have:

Previous experience within a legal environment, ideally within Private Client law

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

The ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities

Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and case management systems

Legal qualification or relevant Paralegal training

Previous exposure to wills, probate, trusts or estate administration matters
