About The Role As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing moments and memories. Tasks will include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‐to‐one time with each resident.About You To join as a Bank Care Assistant you need experience caring for older people, a can‐do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
