Job description

Care Assistant - DaysLocation: Bishopsmead Lodge Care Home, Bristol, BS13 8ES.

Salary: £13.02 per hour.

We are not offering sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Support residents with personal care needs.

Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.

Facilitate participation in activities such as arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions.

Work as part of a team to provide compassionate care.

Maintain accurate documentation and observe residents' wellbeing.

Qualifications & Skills

No prior experience required—training will be provided.

Demonstrated empathy, humility, accountability, achievement, passion, and integrity.

Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check for children and adults.

Commitment to continuous learning and ability to follow guidelines.
