Job description
Würth UK is looking for ambitious, target-hungry Telesales Consultants to join our fast-paced, high-performing team in Erith, Kent . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive sales environment, enjoys smashing targets, and wants to be rewarded for performance.
You'll take control of a warm, established customer base and be trusted to maximise every sales opportunity, upselling, cross-selling, and reactivating accounts to drive revenue growth. If you're motivated by commission, recognition, and progression, this is the role for you.

Your Day to Day
Deliver high-volume outbound sales activity
Maximise revenue from an existing customer portfolio (no cold calling!)
Drive new product sales on every call to grow basket value
Protect and grow your territory by strengthening customer relationships
Unlock more revenue by reigniting dormant accounts
Maintain accurate customer records to support sales performance
