Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Salary: £26,000 or £28,000 depending on your university degree level.

Main Purpose of the JobThe Service Solutions team is in charge of After‐sales contracts and connectivity for Trucks. We manage a profitable business in R&M and Connectivity services, focusing on revenues and customer after‐market retention. It is our responsibility to manage relationships within Company, Dealers, and final Customers, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction for our R&M and Connected services products. You will learn to use and understand the key concepts of the After‐sales contracts offer while supporting the Service Solutions manager in day‐to‐day operations, contributing as an active member of the team. You will be trained to analyze results, plan preventive and corrective actions, prioritize, and make fast but accurate decisions in an exciting and challenging environment.

Key Activities

Contribute to ensuring a profitable business in R&M and digital services, focusing on revenues and margins.

Work on strategies to increase market share through data analysis and cross‐functional collaboration with other departments.

Act as a key support resource for the Dealer Network, providing sales support, training, and problem solving for R&M and digital services.

Capture dealer and customer insights to improve after‐sales opportunities and create efficient business processes.

Assist the dealer's salesforce in managing R&M and EW, guiding them through our system and processes, and defining strategies to enhance the business.

Support the dealer network to improve sales performance and maximize final customer satisfaction.

Serve as the primary interface with the dealer network and customers, focusing on supporting and improving the after‐sales business.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Preferential Economic/Engineering degree with specialization in Marketing or Digital services.

Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Full clean driving licence.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
