About The RoleAs a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship and share moments and memories. Your role will involve supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans and providing one‐to‐one time.
