This is a flexible role with shifts available year‐round, including days, evenings, and weekends.About You We're looking for someone warm, friendly, and passionate about supporting the wellbeing of older adults. Experience in care is helpful but not required—we value a willingness to learn and connect. A Health and Social Care Level 2 qualification is beneficial, but not essential. Ideally you will have a full UK driving licence and a car, and be open to covering extra hours at other developments within the surrounding area of the estate.Eligibility We welcome applicants of all backgrounds; however, we can only consider UK-based applications.
