Job description

Care Assistant – WarwickPay: £14.60 per hour (Full‐time). Weekend rate £15.00. Bank holiday rate £29.20 per hour.

Hours: Full‐time & part‐time available (contracted up to 30 hours).

Mileage paid at 30p per mile (HMRC reclaim option).

Working Hours

Monday and Wednesday 09:00 – 18:00

Friday 14:30 – 18:00

We're looking for a kind, creative, and open‐minded Care Assistant to support a young woman living in Warwick in her own home and local community.

This is a highly personal role supporting a young woman with autism and epilepsy, so finding the right personality fit is just as important as experience.

About the RoleYou'll be providing 1:1 support that promotes independence, confidence, and wellbeing. Support will be tailored to her needs and routines, with a strong focus on companionship, understanding, and shared interests.

About HerShe's creative, thoughtful, and has a great sense of individuality. Her interests include:

Creative arts and drawing

Alternative and gothic‐inspired interests

Film and entertainment, including thrillers and fantasy

Superhero and pop‐culture franchises

Graphic novels, animation, and illustrated storytelling

Someone who genuinely enjoys or is curious about these interests would be a fantastic match.

Who We're Looking For

A caring, patient, and reliable individual

Someone who can relate well to a young adult and offer peer‐style support

Comfortable supporting someone with autism and epilepsy (experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided)

Open‐minded, non‐judgemental, and respectful of individuality

Based locally or able to travel to Warwick
