Health Care Assistant - WeekendsResponsibilities

Visiting clients' homes to support them with their daily living tasks.

Help deliver outcomes to improve clients' lives.

Provide personal care.

Assist with medication.

Prepare food.

Perform light housekeeping.

Offer companionship.

Run errands and accompany on visits.
