Purpose of the roleWe are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and caring Clinical Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Sefton. Part‐time hours will be considered. The role requires evenings and Saturday working.

Essential Criteria

At least Grade C GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent)

Experience of working in a customer service role with the public or experience of working in a healthcare setting

Working effectively as part of a multi‐disciplinary team

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people

High standard of verbal and non‐verbal communication skills

Maintaining high quality standards and working flexibly in a busy service environment

Handling sensitive information and listening to the needs of patients/clients and responding appropriately

Ability to use IT systems, including Microsoft Office

Knowledge of issues that may affect people's sexual health and wellbeing

About the role

Hours: Full‐Time 37.5 Hours per week (part‐time possible)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Sefton

Salary: £26,227.5 per annum
