Senior Care Assistant - More Than a Job, It's a CallingHours: 38.5 hours

Location: Consett DH8 7SN

Pay: £13.27 per hour

Requirements: Must have NVQ Level 3 or working towards it. We are not offering sponsorship.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting people with daily routines

Helping with personal care (with dignity and respect)

Preparing meals and sharing meaningful moments

Providing companionship and emotional support

Being the reason someone smiles today

What We're Looking For

Kindness that can't be taught

Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

Good communication skills

A willingness to learn (full training provided)

A driving licence (if required for community role)

Care experience is great — but not essential. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
