Europe Fixed Term Contract RecruiterAbout the TeamThe Senior Recruiter, International at Fanatics Collectibles supports the business by delivering high-quality, efficient recruitment across multiple functions and markets. This role is a fixed term 6 month role responsible for full lifecycle recruitment across multiple disciplines within the EMEA region, working closely with Hiring Managers to deliver strong hiring outcomes and consistently raising the bar.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines within the EMEA region

Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and business context, providing practical guidance throughout the hiring process

Provide sound counsel to Hiring Managers on hiring progress, candidate assessment, market conditions, and role alignment

Achieve quantitative recruitment goals, including agreed KPIs such as time to fill, hiring volume, pipeline health, and candidate experience measures

Ensure timely and accurate entry and reporting of recruitment data, supporting leadership's ability to leverage insights to identify issues, remove bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes

Proactively identify and resolve recruitment bottlenecks, escalating risks and implementing solutions to maintain momentum

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency and consistency

Actively utilize company-approved recruiting tools and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate, to reduce time to fill and improve sourcing effectiveness

Source and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of methods while adhering to global recruitment processes and SLAs

Deliver a consistently positive and professional candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle

Partner effectively with regional Human Resources colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth hiring delivery

Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required, such as hiring campaigns, process improvements, tooling reviews, or broader Talent Acquisition and People projects

Maintain strong organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple roles and stakeholders effectively

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruitment, with strong experience recruiting across multiple countries within the EMEA region and a heavy emphasis in the UK

Prior corporate / in-house recruitment experience is essential

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders while meeting agreed KPIs and service levels

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and at varying levels of the organization

Proven experience consulting with Hiring Managers and supporting hiring decisions in a dynamic environment

Comfortable working with recruitment data and reporting to track progress and inform improvements

High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technology

Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems and HR platforms; comfort adopting new tools and technologies

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; database and reporting experience is a plus

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills

Work ArrangementThis role is designated as on-site and requires working from the office five days per week.
