You'll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community. Also, you will be role modelling best practice to other staff and encouraging them to do their very best.

Supporting service users with daily activities – providing high quality support to people of all ages to achieve their goals and aspirations

Encouraging personal development – helping service users develop valuable life skills

Proactive – supporting service users to engage in their local community from going shopping, to attending leisure events

Supporting staff – acting as a mentor to other support workers and supporting the Team Leader and Scheme Manager

You'll need...

Experience working with adults with disabilities

IT literacy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, compassion and a can‐do attitude at all times

A responsible, dedicated and a flexible approach to work

Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities is required. When you join, you'll receive advanced training from our exclusive Training Academy where you'll learn the specialist skills to deliver high quality support.
