Senior Care Assistant - Care Home - BankThis is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will look after the diverse needs of residents to deliver quality, person‐centred care and support. Your duties include supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You will respect the dignity and preferences of residents and help create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

Look after residents' needs and deliver person‐centred care.

Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants with the Deputy General Manager.

Support the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans and care reviews.

Respect residents' dignity and preferences, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
