Job description

Pay: up to £14.50 per hour. Shifts range from 12 to 24 hours.

Location: St. Austell and Newquay.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate and flexible Complex Care Assistant to support a client with autism and epilepsy. The role involves assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, arranging and attending medical and personal appointments, supporting medication, and accessing the local community.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a support worker or care assistant role, especially with complex needs.

Medication administration.

Moving & handling equipment.

Managing challenging behaviour.

Caring for clients that are non-verbal.

Experience with autism & epilepsy.

Full valid UK manual driving licence (essential).
