Responsibilities

Deliver personal care that's tailored to the customer and encourages their independence

Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility

Manage their medication and prep their meals

Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands

Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones

Ability to work independently and part of a dedicated care team

Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care

Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance

Requirements

Experience in Live in Care essential

A minimum of 2 years Care Experience

Experience with complex care required

Experience with Parkinson's disease preferred

Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts

Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies

Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality

Have a Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship
