Tate Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR Adviser to support a TUPE transfer as part of a fast-paced mobilisation project in Manston, Kent. The role requires previous TUPE experience and a strong understanding of TUPE regulations and UK employment law. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as good Microsoft Office proficiency.
