As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a vital role as a key point of contact within the branch. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building rapport with new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring that all clients receive the best possible outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of products and services, enabling you to educate and guide clients in selecting the insurance options that best suit their needs. Responsibilities

Build rapport with new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Ensure clients receive the best possible outcomes and appropriate insurance solutions.

Expand knowledge of products and services to educate and guide clients in selecting suitable options.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements.

Strong problem-solving abilities, as each client is unique and requires tailored solutions.

Previous experience in a sales/customer focused role is beneficial but not required. They provide comprehensive on-site training, workshops, and coaching to support you, even through industry changes.

A genuine passion for the company and the value they provide beyond insurance.
