Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant Resource ProvisionAreas:Wakefield Leeds Bradford
PK Education are seeking Autism Specialist Teaching Assistants to support pupils within SEND resource provisions and specialist settings across West Yorkshire from September 2026.
QualificationsWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting:
ASC
Communication needs
Sensory regulation
Non‐verbal pupils
Structured routine support
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
Delivering structured interventions
Supporting transitions and routines
Encouraging communication and engagement
Managing sensory needs positively

Compensation & Support
Competitive rates of pay from between £100 - £115 per day (AWR Compliant)
On the job training provided by the school
