Care Support Worker – Mary Elliot Academy (Walsall)Care Support Worker – SEND Education (Full Time, Temporary/Permanent) Walsall£92.56 - £105 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

September 2023 – August 2024

The School and RoleCare Support Workers are required to support pupils with complex SEND needs across a specialist school in Walsall. The school supports learners with a wide range of additional needs and provides a highly structured, nurturing environment. The role involves personal care, behaviour support and assisting pupils with learning and daily routines. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals from care or residential backgrounds looking to move into education.

Requirements

Experience in care, residential or support settings

Willingness to support personal care

Strong communication skills

Calm and patient approach

Ability to work as part of a team
