DescriptionSuperior Healthcare is recruiting experienced Senior Community Healthcare Support Workers to support paediatric clients across Mid and West Kent . This is a rewarding night‐shift role working with children who have complex clinical needs within their family homes.

The RoleYou will be supporting paediatric clients living with a range of complex healthcare needs, including:

Tracheostomy care

Ventilation support

Seizure management

Your role will focus on ensuring each child is safe, comfortable, and supported to live a fulfilled and happy life while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.

Cars and dinosaurs

Outdoor activities, such as feeding chickens

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

Hands‐on experience with:

Tracheostomy care

Ventilation support

Seizure management

Driving Requirement

Must be aged 25 or over

Full, clean UK driving licence

Confident driving a wheelchair‐accessible vehicle

Shifts & Pay

Night shifts only

4 shifts on / 4 shifts off rolling rota

Hourly rate: £17.25 – £19.55

3 years' continuous referencing

Responsibilities

You will be supporting paediatric clients living with a range of complex healthcare needs

Work alongside field care supervisors and nurse managers

Ensure excellent care at all time and fit seamlessly into the community environment

Requirements

Minimum 6 months' experience in a caring role

Paediatric care experience

Hands‐on experience with Tracheostomy care, Ventilation support, Seizure management

Ability to work calmly and professionally in the family home environment

You must be based in the UK to apply for this role – we do not offer VISA sponsorship
