An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in Congleton, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providersThis care home creates a relaxed and happy atmosphere for top quality dementia, residential and respite careTo be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent As a Support Worker your key duties include: Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residentsAssist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionshipEncourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activitiesEnsure accurate record keeping at all timesThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Have a genuine desire to care for othersA good team playerGood verbal and written communication skillsAble to show a can-do attitude alwaysSalary and Benefits The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £13.45 per hour and the annual salary is of £25,178.40 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week working through days.
