Accelerated progressionYour current level → Level 4: Deputy Manager (£18/hour)

With your 1+ year of experience, and your Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification, you'll progress more quickly toward Deputy Manager level. We recognise what you know and focus on developing the management and specialist skills that will advance your career.

1+ year of care experience – you understand the fundamentals

Proven track record with young people

Ready and eager to develop skills for management responsibilities

The nitty grittyContract and flexible shifts patterns, including long days and 24-hour patterns. Full driving licence with business insurance required. Enhanced DBS needed. All training funded.
