Job description

Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon

Pay: £13 per hour (days) | £11.44 per hour (sleep nights)

Shifts: 1 x 24-hour shift per week

Driver required: Yes – full licence and access to your own vehicle

About the roleWe are looking for a kind, compassionate individual to support a young lady who has a spinal cord injury. The role involves assisting her with daily activities, enabling her to enjoy a good quality of life, and participating in activities such as exploring new places, gardening, and caring for her pet cat.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care and mobility.

Support daily activities such as grooming, dressing and meal preparation.

Administer bowel management according to the care plan.

Provide companionship and encouragement for outdoor activities and plant care.

Qualifications

Experience with bowel management or a willingness to learn.

Good listener and willing to learn new skills.

Comfortable around pets.

Valid driver's licence and own vehicle – if required.
