Salary: £12.71 per Hour

5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

Role OverviewAs a Care Assistant, you will support residents with complex health needs, dementia and mental health conditions, helping them to live as comfortably and independently as possible within a safe and structured environment.

You will provide hands‐on support with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily routines, always promoting dignity, respect and individual choice. You will take the time to understand each resident's needs, preferences and behaviours, delivering care in a calm, consistent and person‐centred way.

Working closely with the nursing and wider care team, you will follow detailed care plans, observe and report any changes in wellbeing, and help ensure care is delivered safely and effectively. You will also build positive relationships with residents and their families, helping to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

This role is suitable for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care. Full training, structured induction and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the confidence and skills to succeed in a specialist care setting.
