Whether providing long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service at all times.As a Care Assistant, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.You will deliver care that genuinely comes from the heart, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. You may help those with limited mobility to use aids, offer emotional support to confused or distressed residents, or provide end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. It is important that you can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed.
