Location : 70 Longley Lane, Sheffield, S5 7JZ

Contract type : Permanent part‐time, 6pm to midnight shifts (includes weekend work)

Care home rating : Good (CQC)

About the roleAs a Health Care Assistant at Longley Park View you will support adults living with complex care needs, including dementia, neuro‐disabilities and mental health conditions, to live their best lives and experience independence, dignity and respect.

Your responsibilities

Providing personal care to residents

Assisting with meal times

Assessing and understanding individual health and wellbeing needs

Encouraging and supporting residents to take part in social activities, both inside and outside the home

Promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect in all aspects of care

Completing and maintaining accurate care records
