Deliver person‐centred care in clients' own homes
Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, continence)
Support with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans and MAR charts
Prepare meals and support nutritional needs and hydration
Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
Observe, monitor, and report changes in health or behaviour
Follow individual care plans and promote independence and dignity
Maintain accurate daily records and care notes
Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures
Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and supervisors
Support clients with appointments, shopping, and community access
Respect confidentiality and comply with GDPR and CQC standards. Hours: FLEXIBLE hours of 8am to 4pm OR 5pm to 10pm (we will require you to commit to a regular shift pattern so we can fulfil the rota ahead of time)
Working hours: All staff work a minimum of 20 hours per week to make it FAIR for everyone. If you love caring for other people and you have a fantastic personality, then this role is for you.
