We're currently recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants to join our passionate, dedicated team supporting service users across North London (Barnet Borough) .

Serving local communities across the London Borough of Barnet , including:

Finchley – Friendly, leafy and family‐orientated, with great transport links

Hendon – Green spaces, local shops and a strong community feel

Edgware – Diverse and welcoming, with excellent amenities

We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week:Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PMEvening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing

As a Care Professional , you'll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.

You'll also:

Encourage social engagement and family connections

Monitor health and report any changes

Maintain accurate documentation

Respond to emergencies safely and effectively

Work collaboratively with families and professionals

QualificationsWhat You'll Need (Besides a Cape!)

No experience? No problem!We provide full, paid training — all you need is compassion, reliability, and the drive to make a real difference.

Strong communication and listening skills
