With over **3400 employees** representing **70+ nationalities** across **26 offices worldwide**, you'll join a truly global, inclusive team.As an **HR & Payroll Specialist** within our **HR Core EMEA team**, you'll play a key role in enhancing the employee experience across **12 countries**. You'll manage HR services for our **UK office** (our second-largest location in EMEA, with around **280** **colleagues**) and support 1-2 smaller EMEA offices. Your work will ensure seamless payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance — while helping us continuously improve our HR services and contribute to the growth of our London location.If you're hands-on, thrive in an international environment, and are motivated by continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!**Key Responsibilities*** Manage HR services for our London office in collaboration with your direct colleague.* Take full ownership of HR services for 1-2 smaller EMEA offices (ranging from 1 to 25 employees).* Ensure accurate and timely **payroll and benefits administration**, including for expatriates.* Provide proactive advice and guidance to managers and employees on **HR policies**, absences, benefits, and local legislation.* Oversee **onboarding** of new employees and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure a positive new joiner experience.* Ensure compliance with **employment laws and regulations** in the countries you support.* Identify and implement initiatives to continuously improve the HR Core team's service delivery.* provide support to employee grievance processes**Skills & Requirements*** Minimum of **3 years' experience** in payroll and benefits administration within an international organization.* Solid knowledge of **UK employment law** and HR best practices.* Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and resilience under pressure.* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.* knowlegde of an additional language is an advantage* Experience with **Workday** is a plus.**What We Offer*** A diverse and international working environment with an open, informal culture.* Strong focus on personal development and training opportunities.* Competitive compensation package and generous benefits program.* Attractive campus setting.* Hybrid working model (at least 2 days of office presence per week).**What we offer***We give you the freedom to be yourself.
