Experienced Care Assistant - Chichester

£500 Joining Bonus*

Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour + mileage.

Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00.

We are seeking experienced, dependable Care Assistants to join a well-established, premium domiciliary care service covering Chichester and nearby areas. This role is ideal for carers who want to move away from rushed, task‐focused visits and instead deliver thoughtful, person‐led support. You'll have the time and consistency to build genuine relationships and provide care to the standard you know is right. £500 joining bonus

£14.50-£15.50 per hour, depending on experience and shifts

Higher rates for evenings and weekends

Overnight support: £125 - £135 per night

Live-in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day

45p per mile mileage allowance

Holiday pay (12.07%)

Company pension (3% employer contribution)

Enhanced pay on selected holidays

Your roleYou'll support individuals to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

Delivering personalised care based on individual needs and preferences

Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

Supporting with meals, medication, and daily routines

Providing companionship and emotional reassurance

Carrying out light household duties to maintain a safe environment

Observing and reporting changes in wellbeing

£500 Joining Bonus DetailsTo be eligible for the £500 signing‐on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branch's needs and be able to work at least 15 hours a week. The joining bonus will be paid in two stages:

£250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing

£250 upon successful completion of probation
