Overview Weekend Care Assistant role in Worthing. £15/hr + mileage, flexible hours, £500 joining bonus. Provide high-quality, person-centred care.Pay & Benefits Pay: £15–£15.50 per hour + mileageHours: Weekend availability required. Working times are between 07:00–22:00Benefits:

£500 signing-on bonus (see joining terms below)

Average monthly guaranteed hours

Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates

Overnight care: £125–£135 per night

Live-in care opportunities: £130–£145 per day

45p per mile mileage allowance

Holiday pay (12.07%)

Company pension (3% contribution)

Enhanced pay on designated holidays

About the role As a Weekend Care Assistant, you7ll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:

Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs

Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting

Assisting with meals, medication, and daily routines

Offering companionship and emotional support

Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment

Monitoring wellbeing and updating care records

Joining terms £500 joining bonus. To be eligible, you must have availability to suit the branch7s needs, including regular weekend work, and be able to work at least 15 hours per week. The joining bonus is paid in two stages: £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing; £250 upon successful completion of probation.
