Job description

A Day in the LifeWithin the Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks (CRDN) UK & Ireland businesses, you will join a team transforming customer engagement through innovative marketing and impactful training initiatives. As a Marketing & Training and Education Intern, you will gain hands‐on experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, digital communications, and educational events. Working closely with UKI Marketing and Sales, you'll develop practical skills in content creation, project management, and customer event delivery – building a strong foundation for a future career in healthcare marketing.

Internship Details

Start date: June/July 2026

Location: Watford, UK

Duration: 12 months

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Work model: hybrid (2‐3 days in the office)

Responsibilities

Create and manage a social media calendar for UK & Ireland

Create digital banners, posters/pop‐ups and newsletter updates to promote campaigns, events, webinars, PR & Social activity to the UKI Sales teams

Review, edit and create campaign or communications content

Provide end‐to‐end support for congresses, meetings, and third‐party training courses, including exhibition materials, equipment bookings, submission requests and team resourcing

Manage Healthcare Professional (HCP) registration, communications, and logistics coordination in collaboration with the Events Team

Assist in managing event and HCP compliance approvals, contracts, including submitting requests to the compliance team and progress tracking

Required Knowledge and Skills

Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Business, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field

Social media savvy

Self‐motivation and resourcefulness, with the ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed

Accuracy, attention to detail and strong time management skills

Adaptability and creativity in handling new and evolving requirements and approaching projects

Exceptional written, visual, and oral communication skills, with confidence in engaging with people at all seniority levels

Benefits & CompensationPay range: 2,300 - 3,000 GBP gross monthly. Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
