Desian Education are proud to be supporting a number of mainstream and SEND schools across the Salford area with adhoc, short-term and long-term supply. Due to unprecedented demand, we are recruiting motivated and reliable educational support workers to support pupils with SEN within mainstream primary, secondary and SEND schools.

Your new role:

1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN

Working in collaboration with class teacher & SENCO

Positive behaviour support

Delivery of target interventions; speech & language, behaviours, etc

Implementation of positive behaviour support

Personal/intimate care requirements

What you need to succeed:

Full "Right to Work" in the UK

Relevant referenceable experience supporting children and young people with complex and profound needs

An Enhanced Children's DBS check or willingness to obtain
