About the RoleWe are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join our team in Brighton and surrounding areas. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with a range of needs, helping them to achieve positive outcomes and live fulfilling lives in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people

Promote emotional well-being, independence, and personal development

Support with daily routines, including education, activities, and appointments

Build positive, trusting relationships with service users

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Work collaboratively with families, social workers, and other professionals

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months' experience working with children or young people in the UK

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Desirable (but not essential)

Restraint training (e.g. MAPA, CPI, or equivalent)

Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care or Childcare
