OverviewJob Title: Patient Health Care Navigator

Location: Camberwell

Hours of work: Full Time

Salary: £25396.80

Responsibilities

Provide a high-quality and efficient administration service with responsibility for inbound and outbound patient calls; be the first point of contact for all patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and supportive environment at all times.

Provide an essential support function to the clinical and management teams to enable delivery of NHS Primary Medical Services, with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.

Qualifications

Experience of clerical and administrative work

Clear thinking and an analytical approach

Able to work as part of a team to promote a good team spirit

Able to be sensitive and assertive as appropriate

Experience in a client facing/customer service position

Be motivated and able to work independently
