Employability Tutor

At Realise, we're searching for peoplewho are passionate about developing and supporting our learners to fulfil their potential. Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Employability Tutor to join the team based in the West Yorkshire region, with travel required to Keighley, Bradford, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Wakefield and other surrounding regions.

Your key responsibilities are likely to be:

Organise, plan, deliver, and evaluate teaching, learning, and assessment at a range of levels, as well as the timely completion of related admin using our-portfolio systems.

Ensure the successful completion, achievement and progression of all learners on your caseload in a timely manner.

Constantly identify progression opportunities for learners.

Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with all clients.

This role will require you to both travel to client's premises or our skills hubs and work remotely and flexibly as and when required.

About You

Experience of delivering employability (or similar) courses

Experience and confidence in virtual/online delivery

Have a minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C for Maths and English or equivalent

Hold a relevant teaching and assessing qualification (or equivalent) - desirable

Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices and legislation
