The business works with founders from early stage through to IPO and acquisition, helping them scale high-performing commercial and technical teams.They operate across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) and specialise in areas including Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Digital, Cyber Security, and Fintech.The Opportunity Due to continued growth, the firm is hiring an Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its London team. This is an entry-level role with a clearly defined progression path into a Consultant position.The Role As a Trainee Recruiter, you will:Work closely with a senior consultant/partner to support live mandatesSource and engage candidates using a range of tools and strategiesBuild expertise in the early-stage technology marketConduct candidate screening and interviewsBuild long-term relationships with candidates to generate referralsUse outbound sourcing, market mapping, community engagement, and referralsReceive daily mentorship and real-time coaching from experienced recruitersThe Ideal Profile This role would suit someone who is:Highly coachable with a strong desire to learnMotivated, ambitious, and performance-drivenComfortable with discomfort and a fast-paced environmentLow-ego, collaborative, and culturally alignedPersonable with strong communication skillsGenuinely interested in long-term career developmentPrevious recruitment experience is not required.Why Join?
