With a focus on organisation, professionalism, and quality, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless care delivery over the weekend.Job Description Work ScheduleWork Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break each day.Attend a Friday handover meeting at 4:00 PM and provide a Monday morning handover at 9:00 AM.Hold the out-of-hours phone on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings to provide support as needed.We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend Care Supervisor to join our team based at our T elford North and South office. As a Weekend Care Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients during weekend hours.Oversee and coordinate the delivery of person-centred care to clientsduring weekend shiftsSupervise and support care staff, providing guidance and mentorship as neededEnsure compliance with all relevant care regulations and standardsManage staff rotas and allocate duties effectivelyConduct regular assessments and update care plans as requiredLiaise with clients families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholdersRespond promptly and appropriately to any emergencies or incidentsMaintain accurate records and complete necessary documentationParticipate in staff training and development initiativesContribute to the continuous improvement of care servicesQualifications Proven experience in care supervision or managementNVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualificationStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsProficiency in time management and organisational skillsIn-depth knowledge of care regulations and standardsUnderstanding of person-centred care principles and practicesFamiliarity with safeguarding procedures and care planning processesEmpathetic and supportive approachAdditional Information Ready to Take the Next Step?If this opportunity aligns with your skills, experience, and aspirations, we encourage you to reach out today.This is more than a job—it's your chance to make a real difference while advancing your career in a meaningful way.
